this is a call to reconcile the
belligerent great power nations
it’s not that I care more than others as we fail

but mistakes remain and I won’t show
comprehension for selfishness
your poison has been spread on us to curb
our resentment to save your concern

far from reason your velvet bombs

so trivial to justify my response to the world
I’m sick of distress but I won’t be satisfied
by making the same mistakes a million times

chains start burning scars in our so well-designed bodies
chains start burning scars in our conversations madness-dictation
society to the bones society in velvet bombs

see how they prosper while people protest for
their rights
it’s everyone’s business to step out for watching
to face our condition and train our descendents
