Sunrise in your bed
warm light fills your room
the last starshine brings the dawn and all morning
sounds

night-birds landing near
cold wind fading fast
breaking the darkness towards a shady moon

from miles around
where i tasted fear
screams can be heard while we roll on the grass

pictures and frames align in the hall
distract me for a while
state of wonder as i walk around
when i look she is gone
