Interviewer: "Yellow Gold" is one of your new songs, right? Is that your favorite one?
Jin: No, everything is my favorite. I can't pick, but..."Yellow Gold" is kind of...connected to this concert and me. So, Yellow Gold.
Interviewer: How is that (connected)?
Jin: Like, my skin color is yellow, and my life is gold.
Interviewer: Your life is gold, as in good?
Jin: Yeah, it's good. Yeah, it's beautiful. Yeah, the life is beautiful.
Interviewer: Did you...did you write the lyrics?
Jin: Yes, and I like my friends helped me out.
Interviewer: How did you come up with the lyrics?
Jin: When I'm composing a song, materializing my image. So like, "Yellow Gold". I actually didn't write the tracks. But I-I wrote melody and the lyrics.
Interviewer: What's the difference between the melody and the track?
Jin: Um...melody is like notes...dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun. That's a melody. The back-background backtrack is the, is a track like. And um, I don't know. I was singing, "Yeah Yeah Yeah Yellow..." I kept going, "Yellow, gold gold gold..." I was like, boom! Let's make it! haha So random.

Interviewer: Does Yellow Gold mean anything?
Jin: It's supposed to mean my life. Most of the people..like most of American people doesn't know like Tokyo.
Interviewer: They don't know Tokyo?
Jin: I mean they do, but they don't know a lot about Tokyo. They know it, but they don't know...
Jin: Know...yeah. I want more people to know my life in Tokyo. I have a lot of...a lot of friends who, from from different countries. It's kind of international. I have that life in Japan. So you're just trying to introduce Japan?
Jin: How we rock our life.

Interviewer: Reading the lyrics right now, it seems like you're talking to a girl.
Jin: No, no, to everyone.
Interviewer: Is there anything else you want to say about "Yellow Gold"?
Jin: It's kind of a metaphor? Stones are girls. So like, Yellow Gold is me. Sometimes like Yellow Gold accessory has the stones. Like Yellow Gold makes stones beautiful.
Interviewer: So, the stone by itself already kinda looks beautiful, but with the Gold
Jin: Yeah, with the Gold, more beautiful. Like more...
Interviewer: So it is about girls then!
Jin: No, like, you...more like...you can have, you can enjoy your life more from Yellow Gold.
Interviewer: So basically, it's just a way to get girls for you.
