A cantora irá concorrer em três das principais categorias: as de melhor gravação, música e álbum do ano - a quarta é a de revelação - e mais outras seis. Os indicados ao prêmio foram revelados na tarde desta sexta-feira, dia 10.
A artista, que será uma das headliners do próximo Lollapalooza, ainda poderá ganhar em quatro das cinco categorias dedicadas ao R&B e também em performance de rap com melodia (por "Low") e performance em pop por dupla ou grupo ("Ghost In The Machine (Feat. Phoebe Bridgers)").
Victoria Monét é a única que poderá ser vencedora como revelação e em uma das outras categorias chamadas de "gerais". O single “On My Mama” foi indicado em gravação do ano.
